The five bedroom holiday villa is only 150m from the sea at Agia Anna. Agia Anna Beach is a small peaceful resort in the north of the island and adjoining the longest beach in Europe.

Electricity and water are connected to the property. The water supply is town water from the municipality. Present sewage collection is by a cess pit but the property will have mains drainage from the municipality in 2023.
All appliances and furnishings are included in the sale price. The property has been carefully maintained on a regular basis, including painting decorating and general maintenance, carried out annually, as necessary.
THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF THE APARTMENTS
The holiday apartments are available for rental from mid May until mid October. High season rates apply in July and August. The present owner generally takes private bookings from friends and family. She does not use booking agencies. Many bookings are repeat bookings from guests who have stayed in the apartments previously.
A new owner therefor has the opportunity to manage the apartments on a fully professional basis. This would create a substantial increase in the income they produce. Present rental levels for each apartment are 35 Euro per night depending on the season.
