BREATHTAKING AEGEAN VIEWS
A Mykonos villa carved out of a hillside in a beautifully secluded location on the south east side of the island, this stunningly beautiful and uniquely distinct Mykonos villa offers a combination of breathtakingly spectacular views, modern amenities and comforts, absolute privacy and luxury.
Designed to blend with the rocky topography of the island, the villa is cooled by Aegean breezes and bathed in the beautiful Cycladic sunshine.
This is a modern contemporary Mykonos villa drawing upon Cycladic architecture and using local island materials to create a home of intimate charm, elegance and style.
The villa with an exquisite interior design has been featured in many architectural and life – style magazines around the world. Whitewashed rough surfaced walls, floors of stone or coloured cement, built-in furniture, corridors carved into rocks, the use of old doors throughout, create an elegant and cosy atmosphere.
The main rooms open onto a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed.
External lighting adds to the aura of magic and romance – the perfect stage for entertaining.
The interior is as unique as the exterior. From the kitchen to dining area, to living room, to bedrooms and bathrooms, the style, the design and the function are consistent and harmonious.
The Mykonos villa, built in 2003, provides 393 sq.m. of living accommodation with four bedrooms and five bathrooms and is set in 2,000 sq.m. of carefully tended gardens. Both in terms of style and size, the villa is a unique home offering a high level of privacy within an elegant and pleasant setting.
The property consists of two buildings, the main building and the guest house. An impressive infinity – edge lap pool, bordered by stone patios and wooden decking, runs the full length of the main house and enjoys stunning views of the Aegean sea and the neighbouring islands.
THE MAIN BUILDING
THE GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor of the main house contains an elegant dining area and an open plan kitchen. Drapes of white fabric gracefully separate the dining room from the entrance. Arched passageways lead into a spacious, round, stone carved living room with comfortable built in sofas and an impressive fire place as a focal point. A large bay window provides endless sea views.
A stoa, semi-carved in the natural rock, leads to a guest bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a private terrace with views to the pool and the sea.
The basement to the main house provides ample storage as well as housing the pool equipment.
THE FIRST FLOOR
The first floor contains the large master bedroom with a unique domed-ceiling bathroom with coloured glass creating a spectacular effect. A private balcony overlooks the pool and the garden.
Some steps higher another bedroom with large bay window enjoys panoramic views. The staircase connecting the two resembles a natural rock cavity and hosts a small bathroom and a shower area.

Private terraces and pergolas around the house enhance enjoyment of the amazing views and the spectacular blues of the skies and the Aegean Sea.

The villa’s exterior is very spacious, with sunbathing areas around the pool, 3 outside sitting areas under traditional style pergolas and a stone oven/barbeque.
