Mani Kardamili development land in beautiful Mani in the foothills above the small coastal resort of Kardamili.  The land is on the edge of the historical village of Agia Sofia. It overlooks a gorge and enjoys an uninterrupted view to the sea.with the rooftops of Kardamili visible in the perfect “V” shape created by the sides of the gorge. The view across the Messinian Bay is spectacular, with the sun setting in the middle of the view over the bay.

Agia Sofia has a permanent population of approx. 7 people and has no facilities apart from a tap in the village square. The beautiful seaside village of Kardamyli has a range of shops including, a chemist, bookshop, bakery, cake shop, hairdresser, butcher, hardware shop, 4 small supermarkets, travel agent, bike hire, council offices, several coffee shops and tavernas, as well as shops catering for the many tourists who visit the area.

Doctors are located in Kardamyli and in the nearby holiday village of Stoupa, where there are two large supermarkets as well as coffee shops, tavernas and excellent sandy beaches. Kardamili is a small coastal village, popular throughout the year with walkers and mountain bikers.


Mani is an area of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent coastal and mountain scenery and breathtaking sunsets. It is popular with walkers and cyclists, as well as with family holidaymakers. It attracts visitors throughout the year. Generally Mani has a mild winter climate and there are many warm sunny days even in the depths of winter. The Mani  has stunning mountain and coastal scenery and is dotted with traditional villages where time seems to have stood still. There is an ample choice of sandy or rocky beaches, with crystal clear waters, many of which are still quiet and uncrowded, even in summer.


Kardamili is 40 minutes from Kalamata, where there is an airport serving international destinations in Europe and a large modern marina.
