EVIA

Evia is the second largest of the Greek islands and one of the most accessible  served by several ferry routes from the  mainland as well as  being connected to the mainland by a modern road bridge at Chalkida. It is one of the few islands blessed by not having an airport, and has not been spoiled by mass package tourism. It is a region which attracts walkers and mountain bikers, as well as those who just want to rest, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Evia is an island where the beauties of nature abound. In springtime it is a carpet of multi coloured flowers. It boasts magnificent coastal scenery with small sandy bays and rocky coves nestling amongst the cliffs and backed by the majesty of the central mountain chain.

POLITIKA

Politiki is a small town in central Evia close to Chalkida, the capital of the island. It is particularly accessible from the mainland because of the road bridge which is only 90 kms by motorway from Athens airport and which crosses to Chalkida. There are also regular bus and train services from Athens to Chalkida.
