DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF EVIA SEAFRONT LAND
The land has recently been re classified as forest which is the equivalent of putting it in a green belt zone. Despite this it is understood that it may still be possible to develop it for residential purposes. Because it is sea front land, there is a building line some 13m from the sea. No development is allowed beyond that line. This reduces the developable part of the land to 3,886 sm. Consent for any future development would have to be obtained from the land registry, the local authority and the fire authority. Potential buyers are advised to seek advice from their own professional advisors.
