Beachfront holiday house Corinth lies only 5 metres from the sea. The single story property at Lygia faces the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Corinth. The holiday cottage has been fully renovated over the past three years. It provides two bedroom accommodation of 60 sm. right on the beach and is built on a plot of 115.86 sm.

LYGIA

Lygia is one of the most scenic and prosperous villages on the Corinthian coast, combining a mixture of sea and mountain views.   it has not been overrun by tourism and boasts only two hotels. The neighbouring coastal villages, together with Lygia, provide a range of shopping facilities. These include, bakery, chemist, tavernas, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities and a post office.

Access to Lygia is easy both by train and car. The journey of 130kms from Athens is by modern motorway.  The train service from Athens takes just over 1 hour, with a fare of between  9-12 Euros.

THE GULF OF CORINTH

Corinth is 80 kms from Lygia by motorway and has a number of attractions. The most popular of these is the Corinth Canal and then the ruins of ancient Corinth built in about 600 bc on a monolithic rock overlooking the ancient city. The thermal spa in nearby Loutraki provides a wide range of remedial therapies. The final touches to its long history includes a modern casino.
