Aegina is a Greek island which is still Greece.  With over 2,500 years of unbroken history it has remained unspoilt by mass tourism. Pacheia Rahi, is a traditional mountain village on the slopes of Mount Oros and has  has been been awarded protected status. Old houses have been beautifully restored and new ones built to blend in with the existing character of the village.

It is 8kms from Aegina town and 3 kms from Portes, a sleepy little village with a beautiful beach and clean seas.
