Located in a quiet position on wooded slopes leading down to the sea, the villa is about a half-mile from the village of Lourdas, There are stunning views from all sides of the house, particularly of Mount Aenos (1600m) to the north, and south west, across the beautiful Lourdas Bay, to the village of Spartia.

Lourdas village has shopping facilities which include a bakery, butcher, chemist, mini markets and tavernas, as well as a traditional kafeineion in the village square. It is also on a bus route and has a taxi service.
